Contact us on +20 10 18239900 with your order number and details. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable legal exceptions and the product remaining in its original condition.

Opened cosmetics

Non-defective cosmetics that have been used or unsealed may not be eligible where their nature or packaging prevents restoration to the original condition. This does not affect your rights for defective products.

Wrong or defective items

Contact us within 30 days for a defective product. A qualifying replacement or refund is arranged without additional cost and within one week of reporting the defect. If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange correction.

Refunds

We will coordinate return collection and the refund method. Cash-on-delivery refunds are arranged directly with you. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
